Kanye West is in hot water after his ex-assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, filed a lawsuit against him, alleging some pretty serious misconduct from their time working together in 2021. According to court papers reported by The Mirror US, Pisciotta claims West sent her sexually charged messages and acted inappropriately during phone calls. The lawsuit reveals a concerning dynamic in their working relationship, and now Pisciotta is seeking legal recourse for what she describes as unacceptable behavior.

West addresses the allegations of sexual harassment made against him

West chose to address the sexual harassment lawsuit against him on X, where he firmly denied all the accusations. He stated, “YOU KNOW WHY I NEVER F***** LAUREN PISCIOTA CAUSE SHE SMELLT AKWARD.” He also had a piece of advice for Pisciotta, suggesting she should “freeze your eggs.” In another post, he warned, “FOR ANYONE WHO WVER WANTS TO TRY TO EXTORT ME YOU WILL EUN OUT OF MONEY BEFORE I DO."

He referred to himself as “the bad guy,” saying, “I DONT GO ONE YEAR WITHOUT SOMEBODY TRYING THIS S*** WHERE THE F*** IS LAUREN PISCIOTA NOW.” In her lawsuit, Pisciotta is asking for damages related to breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and a hostile work environment. A hearing for the Motion for Order is set for today to discuss the legal issues, but West is not expected to show up in court.

Pisciotta and her legal battle

Pisciotta used to be an OnlyFans model and in June 2021, she got hired by the rapper as Chief of Staff for his various companies. She was making around $1 million a year from her adult work. While working with West, she contributed to several of his songs and took on different roles across his projects.

But according to court documents, after a year, he wanted her to become more religious, as reported by The Mirror US. He also asked her to shut down her OnlyFans account and offered her $1 million as compensation, which she accepted.

West later faced accusations of sending a bunch of inappropriate texts expressing his desire to cheat on his wife. At that time, he was still married to Kim Kardashian.
