On Kaun Banega Crorepati 16, Amitabh Bachchan shared an interesting anecdote about his grandson Agastya Nanda's experience in New York. The veteran actor told Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 actors Kartik Aaryan and Vidya Balan that Nanda received 'free meals' for two years. The legendary actor recalled the time Agastya was studying in NYC.

Big B shared that his grandson would often visit an Indian restaurant in New York, where he noticed a dish named 'Amitabh Bachchan'. Agastya mentioned to the restaurant staff, "You know, he’s my grandfather". The staff initially refused to believe him but eventually believed once Nanda showed them a photo on his phone.

As a result, Agastya started receiving 'free meals' from the Indian restaurant (in New York) for two years. This was followed by Kartik sharing that he is charged full price for food items wherever he visits in Juhu, Mumbai.
