Justin Baldoni reportedly extended an apology to his co-star Blake Lively through an extensive voice message, addressing their differences regarding a rooftop scene. According to a recent article by Daily Mail, Justin conveyed his sentiments in a detailed voice note following their disagreement about the scene in the film, and both parties agreed to enhance their communication to prevent future misunderstandings.

What Justin said

In the voice note, which lasts over six and a half minutes, Justin expressed, “I wanted to convey that I didn't require that. It’s truly commendable and will elevate the film as you mentioned, and I am eager to navigate the entire project with you. We have been striving to cultivate a relationship, which I believe we have achieved successfully. Here we are, conversing at 2 a.m. However, much of our communication has been through text and voicemail, and I must admit that this is not my strongest suit. I thrive in face-to-face interactions and being present with others, as that is where I perform best.”

'I've definitely fallen short at times'

He continued, “I acknowledge that I have certainly fallen short at times in our text and voicemail communications, as there is so much to convey and so much occurring. I want to express my genuine anticipation for spending time together, as I believe it will significantly enhance our chemistry, which has been evident from the beginning. I was incredibly thrilled when you agreed to participate in this film. I believe our shared dedication and vision contribute to this dynamic. I am looking forward to having you as a creative partner in this endeavor.”

In December, Blake initiated a sexual harassment lawsuit against Justin, which was subsequently followed by a New York Times article alleging that Justin had orchestrated a negative publicity campaign against her.

In retaliation, Justin filed defamation lawsuits against the publication and initiated a $400 million lawsuit against Blake and Ryan Reynolds, asserting that she exploited her celebrity status to undermine his career through a smear campaign.
