Numerous Fans on X (previously known as Twitter) shared an image of Jr NTR wearing a blue shirt and black trousers, posing alongside the hotel staff from his stay in Dubai. While some expressed surprise at the ₹85,000 price tag of his ETRO shirt, others questioned the reason behind his noticeably slimmer appearance.

A Reddit user inquired, “What has happened to Jr NTR? Are there any health concerns?” alongside a photo of him. An X user commented, “Inta sannaga ayite em baledu anna (It’s not looking good when you’re this thin brother). We want the chubby tiger back.” Another Reddit user referred to him as ‘Jr. Ozempic,’ while someone else remarked, “Tiger found ozempic. I miss his previous choices in heroines and songs. Please avoid plastic surgery, NTR gaaru.”

In response, his supporters defended him, with one stating, “A man can’t even lose weight now without foolish theories being spread,” after another Redditor suggested there might be a more serious reason behind his weight loss. Another fan mentioned, “He’s likely preparing for a role in one of Hrithik's films, possibly trying to match his physique.” One individual noted that he might simply be portraying a ‘lean character’ in his upcoming project with Prashanth.
