In an unexpected delight for his fans, actor Jr NTR has subtly indicated that he will be collaborating with Nelson Dilipkumar on an upcoming film produced by Naga Vamsi. During the success event of Mad Square, Jr NTR shared this exciting news with his audience.

Jr NTR to star in Nelson Dilipkumar-Naga Vamsi film

The actor remarked, "If I discuss Vamsi excessively, he might attract dishti (nazar). He has become accustomed to positive developments in his life. We are on the verge of a new project, and he will make an announcement when the time is right. On the day of the announcement, I will allow Vamsi to engage with his fans."

Last month, Pinkvilla announced that Jr NTR is set to collaborate with Nelson Dilipkumar on a unique action film, which is scheduled to begin production in the latter half of 2026.

Citing a source regarding the actor's future projects, Pinkvilla stated, “NTR Jr is expected to release War 2 alongside Hrithik Roshan in August 2025, followed by Dragon in 2026, and either Devara 2 or Nelson’s next project in 2027. Additionally, he is in discussions with the director of Hi Nana for a two-part film.”

Jr NTR was last seen in Devara: Part 1, which was directed by Koratala Siva. In this film, he portrays two characters, Devara and Varadha. The plot centers on a dramatic confrontation of wills set against a coastal backdrop, where the balance of power is ever-changing. The movie was released in several languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi, and features a talented cast that includes Janhvi Kapoor. It premiered in India on September 27.

Looking ahead, Jr NTR will appear in Yash Raj Films' War 2, which is scheduled for a global theatrical release on August 14. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, this highly anticipated film also stars Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani.
