Sanam Teri Kasam is back in the spotlight, earning rave reviews and solid box office numbers nine years after it first hit theaters. After a rough start in 2016, the film is finally getting the recognition it deserves thanks to its re-release. John Abraham took to social media to commend Harshvardhan Rane for finally getting his moment and to celebrate the film's newfound success.

John shared the film's poster and expressed, "At last... @harshvardhanrane, you’re getting the recognition you deserve!" in a heartfelt post. Harshvardhan replied, saying he feels thankful. He mentioned that Abraham, the original, showed him the importance of sticking with it, putting in the effort, and keeping high standards.

A lot of people have been raving about Harshvardhan's acting in the movie, showing just how powerful the message really is. The re-release has done two things: it’s put the film back in the limelight and showcased its ageless storyline and performances.

Originally, Harshvardhan was set to make his Bollywood debut with a different film under Abraham's production, not Sanam Teri Kasam. He was supposed to star alongside Sapna Pabbi in Satra Ko Shaadi Hai, which was meant to be a joint project between Abraham and UTV-Disney. However, there’s been no official word from Disney about the film's halted progress, even though there are rumors about it possibly ending its Bollywood journey.

Sanam Teri Kasam stars Harshvardhan and Mawra Hocane, directed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru. The story revolves around a rebellious guy and a shy girl who find love in an unexpected way. When it first hit theaters, the film didn’t do well at the box office, even with its deep themes and touching music. However, it has received a warm reception during its re-release.

A bunch of girls hit him up with "Release the film" because they just wanted to let it all out. That really blew Harshvardhan away. He realized that all they really crave is to feel something deep. They want a good cry or a hearty laugh, but sadly, that’s not always in the cards. It’s tough to make people laugh or cry, and if someone manages to do it, they’re truly one of a kind.
