The second episode of Run Jin is here, and BTS’ Seokjin has given his ARMY at high school a nostalgia of Lovely Runner. The most loved K-Drama of 2024 so far features Byeon Woo-seok as Ryu Sun-jae and Kim Hye-yoon as Im-sol. The show is now out on Netflix for streaming, and days into it, Jin has given ARMY across the world a reason to smile, for he recreated a Sun-jae moment in his school. It didn’t end there, for Jin also challenged a student and said that Jungkook would beat him at arm wrestling.

Jin tells high schooler that Jungkook would beat him at arm wrestling

In arm wrestling, Jin lost to the first high schooler and called him a proper Alpha for his technique. When the next high schooler came for arm wrestling, Jin ended up saying, “If Jungkook was here, you’d be a goner.”

Jin fights the high schooler anyway, wins

Nonetheless, Jin undermined his own self and said that he cannot win against the high schooler. He refused to continue the fight, since the high schooler had double the arm muscles of Jin. However, they eventually did wrestle, and Jin won the match but complained that his opponent did not even try to win.

The arm wrestling ends with another win for Jin

Even after, Jin kept refusing all the high schoolers for a fight because of one reason or another. He called one ‘big’ and said that he would lose against another for sure, because of the big arms as compared to his own thin arms. After calling another high schooler for the challenge, he asked him out, once again, over big arms. Finally, Jin settled for an opponent, won and took them all for lunch.

JinKook

Jin trusts his fellow BTS member Jeon Jung-kook, better known as Jungkook or JK, the most out of his seven-member K-Pop boy band. Jin and Jungkook share an adorable bond, which is loved by ARMY across the globe. Jin happens to turn a child around the youngest member, also known as the golden maknae, but has been there in Jungkook’s life as a father-figure too (he drove JK to school almost every day). The other BTS members describe JinKook’s relationship as chaos. It usually begins with Jin pranking Jungkook, and JK giving it back in his own ways. Nonetheless, Jin and Jungkook have been each other’s rock and kept proving so through their actions, thus gaining fans for what their bond is.
