Jessica Williams, nominated for her role in the ensemble cast of the Apple TV+ comedy series "Shrinking," delivered a speech; however, she was interrupted by Harrison Ford, who was seated directly behind her and consuming a chip.

Jessica and Harrison were positioned adjacent to one another as she commenced her speech. She stated, "Los Angeles is often referred to as the city of dreams, and indeed, all of my aspirations have materialized here. From my ambition of preparing..." At that moment, Harrison was captured on screen, visible over her shoulder, munching on a chip. The audience erupted in laughter, prompting Jessica to exclaim, “I instructed him to look away! Do not gaze!”

Harrison averted his gaze and concealed himself behind her as the audience erupted in laughter. She proceeded with her speech, stating: “From my aspiration of rehearsing in a Starbucks restroom prior to an audition to my experience of weeping in a Del Taco restroom afterward.” She also amusingly recounted a time when she delivered a monologue while the casting director was enjoying a salad. Among the other introductory speakers at the SAG Awards were Jodie Foster, Bowen Yang, and Mikey Madison.

This year's SAG Awards ceremony is being hosted by Kristen Bell. The evening has been dominated by Shogun, which has already secured four awards. In the film categories revealed so far, Kieran Culkin received the Best Supporting Actor award for A Real Pain, while Zoe Saldana was honored with the Best Supporting Actress award for Emilia Perez.
