Jennifer Lopez's $68 Million Beverly Hills Estate Stuck on Market as She Seeks Fresh Start Post-Divorce

Jennifer Lopez's Beverly Hills mansion, listed at $68 million, has remained unsold after several months on the market. Despite numerous renovations, the property has not drawn any buyers, leaving Lopez eager to depart from a residence filled with memories of her former partner, Ben Affleck.
"She is anxious to leave the house as soon as possible and expected that would have occurred by now, especially after the renovations and personal enhancements she made, but nothing has materialized," a source disclosed to InTouch Weekly.
"Naturally, she has been informed that only a limited number of buyers with the financial means would be interested, but the situation is becoming increasingly frustrating for her."
"The house feels like a burden, and she senses a feeling of entrapment. As she moves through the space, she is reminded of all the negative memories. Even her unconventional attempts at cleansing the energy have not been effective. The remnants of Ben are still very much present," the insider remarked.
Lopez initiated divorce proceedings as Affleck vacated their $20 million residence.
Lopez and Affleck acquired an expansive 38,000-square-foot estate in May 2023, featuring 12 bedrooms, and 24 bathrooms, and situated on five acres of land.
Nevertheless, by July, the couple had put the property on the market, while Ben Affleck secured a $20 million residence in the Pacific Palisades. On August 20, exactly two years following their wedding in Georgia, Lopez formally initiated divorce proceedings.
A source informed InTouch Weekly in May, “The writing is on the wall – it’s over. They’re headed for a divorce, and for once, [Ben’s] not to blame.”
“He is now concentrating on his career and his children. Ben has already moved out, and it is likely they will need to sell the dream home they spent two years searching for. They will always have love for one another, but she cannot control him, and he cannot change her. There was no way it could have lasted.”
