Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez recently enjoyed each other's company after the holiday season; however, a source close to the couple has informed People Magazine that they are not rekindling their relationship.

Prior to the 2025 Golden Globe Awards scheduled for Sunday, Lopez visited Affleck's residence in Los Angeles. As reported by The Daily Mail, she was accompanied by her 16-year-old child, Emme, while Affleck's 12-year-old son, Samuel, was also in attendance.

"The children cherish their time together. Ben and Jennifer prioritize the happiness of the kids," the source stated to People Magazine.

"Since the children do not drive, Ben and Jennifer will continue to arrange gatherings. They are not reuniting. Ben spent Christmas with his children, and Jennifer was with hers. They all enjoyed a wonderful holiday break."

Affleck and Lopez were last seen together on December 13, accompanied by Affleck’s former spouse, Jennifer Garner. The trio attended a theatrical performance featuring Affleck and Garner’s daughter, Seraphina, as well as Lopez’s child, Emme.

Despite finalizing their divorce, Lopez continues to nurture her relationship with Affleck’s children. The actress, known for her role in "Jenny from the Block," initiated divorce proceedings in August of the previous year. The couple reached a 50/50 settlement in the absence of a prenuptial agreement.

A source informed People Magazine in November that “Jennifer is doing well. She doesn’t dwell on the past,” adding, “She’s very grateful for everything she has. The divorce is still being finalized.”

“Jennifer maintains contact with the Ben Affleck children. Her entire family adores them. She wants them to understand that they can always reach out if they require assistance,” the source continued.

It is worth noting that Affleck and Garner celebrated Christmas together with their children. “Jen and Ben were all together for Christmas. It’s all for the kids,” a source had previously remarked. “Jen grew up surrounded by her family during the holidays, and she desires the same experience for her children.”
