Jennifer Lopez might be changing things up now that her divorce from Ben Affleck is finalized. Just last month, there were rumors about her looking at a $20 million mansion in Brentwood. But the latest news on JLo’s real estate situation suggests she might be taking a different path.

Sources from TMZ report that the “On the Floor” singer has snagged a brand-new 2 ½-acre estate in the super exclusive, gated community of Hidden Hills in Los Angeles. This sprawling property includes a main house that’s a whopping 10,046 square feet, along with a barn, stables, and a riding arena.

The estate also features a guest house and a pool, plus other cool amenities that make it a fantastic buy. This private neighborhood is known for being a haven for horse enthusiasts and A-list stars. Lopez is no stranger to Hidden Hills; she bought a traditional-style mansion there for $8.2 million back in 2010, according to Architectural Digest.

That place had all the entertainment perks, like a dance studio, a professional recording studio, a 20-seat theater, and a full-service bar. But JLo eventually sold the house in 2017 for $10 million.

Before Jennifer Lopez got her hands on the new property, it had quite a few Hollywood owners. Sylvester Stallone, or Sly as we know him, owned the place for a bit before selling it to musician John Fogerty. Then Fogerty passed it on to JLo. The house has a vibe that could totally fit JLo’s cowgirl dreams, plus it comes with some cool city perks like a theater, a chef’s kitchen, and a gym.

The Hidden Hills estate was listed for around $21 million, but it’s unclear how much Jennifer actually paid. All we know is she scored it for a “great deal.”

On another note, Lopez is officially divorced from Ben Affleck and has ditched his last name. Meanwhile, their former $61 million Beverly Hills home is still on the market with no buyers in sight.
