Jay-Z has strongly rejected the rape accusations made against him in a recent lawsuit. A woman, referred to as Jane Doe, claims that he and Sean "Diddy" Combs assaulted her at an MTV Music Awards afterparty back in 2000. Following the news, supposed photos from that party started popping up on social media.

New photos of Jay Z and Diddy have surfaced amid recent rape allegations.

Some photos that popped up online, supposedly from the MTV Music Awards, are tied to a lawsuit that was first filed in October 2024, naming only Diddy as the defendant. This lawsuit got refiled on Sunday in the Southern District Court of New York, now including Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter.

HT can’t confirm if these photos are legit, but they’ve definitely stirred up more chatter and scrutiny about the allegations and the so-called ‘great destruction’ in the rap scene.

According to Collin Rugg on X, other stars who were at the afterparty include Ice T, David Blaine, Damon Dash, Eminem, Dr. Dre, Steven Dorff, Josie Maran, Carmen Cass, and Diddy’s then-girlfriend, pop star Jennifer Lopez.

Jay Z faces allegations of sexually assaulting a minor.

On Sunday, NBC shared that the Brooklyn rapper who is married to Beyoncé is facing a lawsuit for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl at an awards party after she attempted to get in without a ticket.

The girl claims she was brought to a house party in New York on September 7, 2000, where she was given a drink that made her feel “woozy.” She alleges that both Jay-Z and Diddy came into the room, with Jay-Z supposedly taking off her clothes and restraining her while Diddy assaulted her, all while a female celebrity looked on.

Jay Z shares 'heartbreak' for his wife and kids amid allegations.

Jay-Z responded to the allegations by taking aim at Jane Doe’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee, who is also involved in several lawsuits against Sean Diddy Combs. He accused Buzbee of trying to leverage the accusations to pressure him into a settlement, but instead, it just motivated him to publicly challenge and deny the claims. Jay-Z made it clear that he wouldn’t back down or settle, and he intended to reveal what he sees as Buzbee’s dishonest strategies.

“I don’t know how you’ve become such a terrible person, Mr. Buzbee, but I’ve encountered your type before,” he said, as reported by PageSix.

Jay-Z also talked about how these 'horrible' allegations affect his family, especially his young daughter, Blue Ivy, and his twins, Rumi and Sir, who are both 7. He mentioned that it’s unfair to put kids through such harshness. “My wife and I will have to explain to our kids, especially since one of them is at an age where her friends will definitely see the news and ask about these claims, about the cruelty and greed of some people,” he shared.

“You’ve made a huge mistake thinking all ‘celebrities’ are the same,” Jay added. “I’m not from your world. I’m a guy who grew up in the projects of Brooklyn. We don’t play these kinds of games.”
