Janhvi Kapoor entered the Bollywood industry with her performance in Dhadak in 2018. Now, seven years later, her sister Khushi Kapoor is set to make her debut on the silver screen with Advait Chandan's Loveyapa. Although The Archies served as her initial foray into acting, Loveyapa will be her first feature film release. In this upcoming project, Khushi will star alongside Junaid Khan. On the eve of Loveyapa's theatrical premiere, Janhvi took to social media to express her sentiments regarding the film.

Janhvi Kapoor shared a collection of joyful photographs featuring her sister, Khushi Kapoor. The actress donned a t-shirt emblazoned with the phrase 'Loveyapa u the most,' which also included a charming childhood image of the two. She commended her younger sister for her dedication to the project and expressed her sentiments regarding Loveyapa.

Janhvi expressed her pride in Khushu's dedication to bringing romantic comedies to life, stating, "I am so proud of you, Khushu, for your unwavering focus and hard work in pursuing your passion with such honesty, sincerity, strength, and kindness. 'Loveyapa' will be in theatres near you starting tomorrow." 

She continued, "This delightful rom-com is filled with fun, laughter, and fresh energy, though I might be biased since I cannot bear to see my Khushu in tears! P.S. Make sure to wear a t-shirt featuring my face when my film premieres."

Loveyapa represents the cinematic debuts of Khushi Kapoor and Junaid Khan. This romantic comedy centres on a young couple who inadvertently swap mobile phones, subsequently uncovering unsettling truths about one another. Produced by AGS Entertainment and Phantom Studios, Loveyapa is set to be released in theatres on February 7, 2025.

Following its theatrical engagement, the film is anticipated to debut on Disney+ Hotstar.
