Aparajita Adhya and Anusha Viswanathan’s Jol Thoi Thoi Bhalobasha came to an end prematurely. After Lokkhi Kakima Superstar, this was Aparajita Adhya's next serial which could not last even one year. It retained the slot, but still ended its journey with just one week's notice. 

According to sources, initially, the serial was supposed to be shifted to the slot of Haragouri Pice Hotel. It is reportedly a decision taken by the production house and channel to kill the show. 

Aparajita shared her opinion about this. She is angry because some media distorted her statement. She lashed out at them on social media which allegedly distorted her statement. The report stated that she said, “Jalsha did injustice to us...I am leaving the set with much pain.” The actress shared the screenshot of the fake news and put her version. 

Aparajita said, “I previously expressed my version regarding Jol Thoi Thoi Bhalobasha, but this so-called news channel spread lies regarding my words and behavior. Firstly, it is a crime to put this lie on my lips that Jalsha did injustice to us. Secondly, it is a grave lie to say that a professional actress like me can be so childish that she can say that she is leaving the set with much pain.” 

Then she became vocal about yellow journalism. “Who are these new news media houses? What is their parameter of journalism? Shame on those media who are corrupting journalism by spreading lies, owing to likes, comments, shares, and business. I am sharing the screenshot and the link to their news. Please report it. If such cheap yellow journalism doesn't get stopped, it will harm us,” the actress said. 

A few days back, Aparajita wrote under the status of a person regarding Jol Thoi Thoi Bhalobasha, “How ridiculous! I could not help writing. The serials with low TRPs are running. We are the slot leaders and have a good TRP, and still, our serial will end. I can't help but laugh ha ha ha.” 

Shubho Bibaho replaced Jol Thoi Thoi Bhalobasha last Monday at 9 pm. It remains to see how much magic Sonamoni Saha and Honey Bafna can spell over the TRP. The upcoming Zee Bangla serial Diamond Didi Jindabad will contest with Shubho Bibaho in this slot.
