Actor Jacqueline Fernandez's mother, Kim, was hospitalized in Mumbai a few days ago. On Wednesday, Jacqueline was seen arriving at Lilavati Hospital to be with her mother, who had been admitted to the ICU following a heart stroke.

Paparazzi captured Jacqueline as she arrived at the hospital entrance. She concealed her face with a black mask and wore a white salwar kameez. After exiting her vehicle, she hurried inside the hospital.

Jacqueline skips IPL performance

A source close to Jacqueline informed Hindustan Times that she was scheduled to perform at the IPL ceremony last week but chose to withdraw in order to support her mother. She was expected to attend the IPL match in Guwahati between the Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders on March 26. “Jacqueline’s mother remains in the ICU and is recovering. The family is awaiting further updates from the doctors. During this difficult time, Jacqueline has decided to stay by her mother’s side, which means she will unfortunately miss her performance at the IPL ceremony,” the source revealed.

On Sunday, Jacqueline's co-star from Kick, Salman Khan, was also seen at the hospital, where he visited to offer his support to her mother.

Jacqueline made her acting debut in the 2009 film Aladin alongside Riteish Deshmukh. Since then, she has appeared in numerous successful films, including Housefull 2, Murder 2, Kick, Brothers, Dishoom, and Judwaa 2. Her most recent release was Fateh, where she starred opposite Sonu Sood. This action entertainer, available on JioHotstar, also marked Sonu's directorial debut.

Next, she will appear in Welcome To The Jungle, which features a star-studded cast including Akshay Kumar, Disha Patani, Arshad Warsi, Suniel Shetty, Raveena Tandon, Paresh Rawal, Lara Dutta, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Kiku Sharda, Daler Mehndi, and Mika Singh, among others.
