Bollywood actress Vaani Kapoor is poised to captivate audiences with her forthcoming film, Raid 2. Recently, she shared a charming photo with her followers on Instagram. However, many internet users were surprised by how closely she resembled Katrina Kaif in the image.

On Thursday, Vaani posted a photo on Instagram, showcasing her sleek hair and bright smile. The actress donned a baby pink suit, complemented by a delicate black bindi. In her caption, she expressed, "Smiling through the little things." Observers quickly pointed out a striking resemblance between her and Katrina Kaif.

An Instagram user humorously remarked, "Katrina Kaif must have hacked her account." Another user noted, "For a moment, I believed she was Katrina Kaif." One individual stated, "She resembles Katrina Kaif closely." Additionally, another commenter expressed disbelief, saying, "No way! This cannot be Vaani Kapoor; she looks completely different from her appearance in Shuddh Desi Romance." Another comment stated, "She looks just like Katrina!"

Vaani was last featured in the film Khel Khel Mein, which included notable actors such as Akshay Kumar, Fardeen Khan, Taapsee Pannu, and Ammy Virk. Unfortunately, the movie did not resonate with viewers, grossing only ₹57 crore globally. Her upcoming project is Raid 2, where she will star alongside Ajay Devgn. Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, this sequel to the 2018 film Raid also includes Riteish Deshmukh in a significant role, continuing the story of IRS officer Amay Patnaik as he investigates another case of white-collar crime. The film is set to premiere in theaters on May 1.

In addition, Vaani is working on the comedy-drama Badtameez Gill, directed by Navjot Gulati and produced by Nicky Vicky Bhagnani Films. This film features a talented cast, including Aparshakti Khurana, Paresh Rawal, Sheeba Chaddha, and Monica Chaudhary in prominent roles.

Katrina was last seen in Merry Christmas, where she starred alongside Vijay Sethupathi. Directed by Sriram Raghavan, the film did not achieve commercial success but gained traction on OTT platforms. The actress has yet to reveal details about her next project.
