The creators of the highly awaited film L2E Empuraan have been unveiling the characters featured in the action drama starring Mohanlal. Recently, actor Indrajith Sukumaran has been presented in the role of Govardhan, under the direction of his brother, actor Prithviraj Sukumaran.

L2E Empuraan: Indrajith Sukumaran as Govardhan comes back for sequel

Actor Mohanlal's participation in Prithviraj's directorial venture, L2E Empuraan, has generated significant anticipation among audiences for this year's Malayalam film releases. The production team has commenced promotional activities for the film, which boasts an impressive cast.

Indrajith Sukumaran, the brother of Prithviraj and a notable actor, is included in the cast of the sequel, portraying the character of Govardhan. In discussing the film and his role, Indrajith described his character as a 'truth-seeker' who reveals secrets that are often concealed from the majority, particularly those related to the dark web. He stated, "I will be continuing my character which will remain the same. Many such individuals believe that the world and truth are easily accessible, yet certain truths remain elusive regardless of our efforts to uncover them. Govardhan comes to this realization."

Indrajith Sukumaran speaks about working with Prithviraj as director

Indrajith expressed that collaborating with his brother Prithviraj has been a clear and focused experience. He noted that Prithviraj possesses a distinct vision not only regarding the screenplay but also in terms of the visual presentation of each shot and the portrayal of characters. Indrajith emphasized that working with a director who communicates effectively simplifies the actor's role, stating, "I am a director's actor."

Furthermore, Indrajith highlighted that his brother is adept at articulating his expectations from the cast. He also hinted that the film Empuraan will delve into the various questions and enigmas surrounding the protagonist.

Empuraan is set to be released on March 27. The film, produced by Lyca Productions, features a talented ensemble cast including Mohanlal, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Tovino Thomas, Indrajith Sukumaran, Manju Warrier, Saniya Iyappan, Saikumar, Baiju Santhosh, Fazil, and Sachin Khedekar, among others.
