Actor Imran Khan has been in a relationship with Lekha Washington for a considerable period. In a recent interview with Money Control, Lekha shared insights about her relationship with Imran for the first time. She expressed that they are "mutually madly in love," describing this connection as "a rare gift."

When discussing her life with Imran Khan, Lekha remarked, "In this cynical world, to live and grow together with someone while being mutually madly in love is indeed a rare gift. It requires effort as well. What I value most is our capacity to communicate openly and evolve into, hopefully, improved versions of ourselves. The excellent posterior is an added bonus."

Imran's relationship with Lekha

Recently, Imran confirmed his relationship with Lekha. In an interview with Vogue India, he stated, “The rumours regarding my romantic involvement with Lekha Washington are accurate. I am divorced and have been separated since February 2019. The narrative portraying Lekha as a homewrecker is infuriating, as it is not only misogynistic but also undermines my autonomy as an individual."

He further explained, "Lekha and I developed a close bond during the lockdown, a year and a half after my separation from Avantika and nearly a year after her separation from her partner, who was not her husband, as has been widely misreported."

About Imran and Avantika

Imran was previously married to Avantika Malik in 2011, and their marriage ended in divorce in 2019. They share a daughter named Imara. Speculation regarding their separation surfaced in 2019; however, both Imran and Avantika refrained from making any public statements on the matter. Recently, it was reported that the couple has chosen to part ways.

According to reports, Imran and Lekha have rented a residence together in Mumbai. As stated by Money Control, they have leased a sea-facing apartment in the Bandra locality from director Karan Johar, with a monthly rental of ₹9 lakh. Prior to this arrangement, Imran resided in his bungalow located in Pali Hill, Bandra.
