Hrithik Roshan and Salman Khan recently made headlines on social media with their reunion in a beverage advertisement directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. However, a report from ETimes reveals that the two superstars did not actually share the set during the filming process.

Why Hrithik-Salman shot the advertisement separately

An industry insider informed the portal that despite the brand's desire to have Hrithik and Salman Khan appear together, aligning their schedules proved to be quite difficult due to their commitments to various upcoming projects. As neither actor was able to modify their schedules, the decision to film separately became necessary. Consequently, director Ali Abbas Zafar worked to ensure a smooth integration of their individual scenes.

Fans expressed their enthusiasm for the advertisement. One user remarked, "Unexpected collaboration." Another stated, "Oh my god! This gave me goosebumps." A third comment read, "War 2 and Tiger 3 foreshadowing. I love it." Additionally, one more user noted, "Looking like the best duo."

Hrithik Roshan's upcoming film

Hrithik, who was last featured in Fighter, is currently engaged in the production of War 2, part of the YRF Spy Universe. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the film also includes Kiara Advani and Jr NTR in prominent roles. This film marks Jr NTR's debut in Bollywood, where he will portray the antagonist. War 2 is the sixth installment in the YRF Spy Universe, following Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War, Pathaan, and Tiger 3.

Salman Khan's upcoming film

Salman is presently filming for his action-drama Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss. The film features Rashmika Mandanna, Prateik Babbar, Sharman Joshi, Kajal Aggarwal, and Sathyaraj in significant roles. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film is set to be released in theaters this Eid. In addition, Salman is also slated to appear in the sequel to his successful film Kick, a project that Sajid announced earlier this year, generating excitement among fans.
