During the trailer launch event for The Roshans, they showed Hrithik a throwback photo of him with Rajinikanth from the film's set. Looking back on those days, Hrithik reminisced, "I would chat with him saying 'yes uncle, no, yes.' I had my own way of interacting with him."

The actor shared his eagerness to collaborate with Rajinikanth once more, saying, "If I had the opportunity to work with him today, I would approach it in a whole new way. He took the heat for my mistakes every time, just so I wouldn’t feel nervous."
