Additionally, another report indicated that during season 3 of Stranger Things, when she was just 14, she earned $250,000 per episode, totaling $2 million for the season. The $10 million salary in 2022 meant that Millie Bobby Brown out-earned even prominent stars like Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya, who received approximately $6-8 million for Dune. Even seasoned actress Nicole Kidman earns less than $10 million per film today.

In a recent cover story with Vanity Fair, the now 22-year-old discussed her feelings regarding the public disclosure of child actors' salaries. She expressed that the terms of contracts she signed as a minor "should have been safeguarded to prevent them from becoming public."

“It places children in a very precarious situation,” she remarked. “I believe there is a general complacency regarding how children are raised within the industry. I grew up under significant scrutiny of my parents, but I feel they were the ones who provided me with the most protection.”
