Actor Hina Khan has responded after her name appeared in Google's list of the top 10 most searched actors globally in 2024. On her Instagram Stories, Hina shared a post from a publication that featured a photograph of her alongside Pawan Kalyan and Nimrat Kaur.

Regarding her inclusion in Google's list, the post stated

"Google's 2024 global trends. These Indian actors are among the top 10 most searched actors in the world." In her report, Hina expressed, "I notice many individuals sharing stories and congratulating me on this recent development, but to be honest, I do not view it as an achievement or something to take pride in."

Hina expressed her discontent with the situation

"I hope and pray that no one is searched online due to their health issues or any related challenges. I have always valued the genuine respect and appreciation people have shown for my journey. During these challenging times, I would prefer to be recognized or acknowledged for my work and achievements, just as I have been before and throughout my health struggles."

Hina publicly disclosed her cancer diagnosis earlier this year.

In a statement made on Instagram, she revealed that she had been diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. She expressed, "I have been diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. Despite this challenging diagnosis, I wish to reassure everyone that I am doing well...I kindly ask for your respect and privacy during this time. I deeply appreciate your love, strength, and blessings."

Regarding Hina's current situation

She is presently undergoing treatment and frequently updates her fans about her health status. Recently, she posted several photographs on Instagram, stating, “The last 15-20 days have been the toughest for me in this journey both physically and mentally. The scars did come, and I gave my all to face them without fear.”

She further remarked, "After all, how can I succumb to the unimaginable physical limitations and psychological trauma I have endured? I fought it, and I continue to do so. To overcome all the pain and much more, I must find a balance to maintain a cycle of positivity with intentional smiles, hoping that genuine joy will naturally follow. And it has."

Hina has received significant acclaim for her portrayal in the television series Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, and she is also recognized for her role as the antagonist Komolika in Kasautii Zindagii Kay.
