Actor Hina Khan, who is presently receiving treatment for breast cancer, recently made a pilgrimage to Mecca. She has now taken to Instagram to share a collection of photos and videos showcasing her performance of Umrah during the current Ramadan.

In the images, Hina is depicted wearing a green ensemble and sunglasses during her visit to the sacred site. Accompanying a photo of her hands, she captioned it with the word "Shifa." In another image, the actress is shown seated on the floor in a corner of a room, where she was also observed engaging in prayer.

Additionally, Hina shared a photo of herself perched on the edge of a bed, stating, "All set for Umrah." She also uploaded a short video capturing the bustling crowd in Mecca. In another post, she displayed a few strands of hair resting on her hand, commenting, “Bus itne hi hain abhi (Only these are there so far).”

Hina, sharing a picture of herself standing with the people inside Mecca, wrote, "The perfect timing." Hina was accompanied by her brother to Mecca. Sharing the post, Hina captioned it, “Alhamdullilah (palms up together emoji). Umrah 2025.”

Hina pens gratitude note

She expressed her gratitude by stating, "Thank you for the invitation, Allah... I am truly overwhelmed and at a loss for words (pleading face emoji). May Allah grant me complete healing, Ameen (folded hands emoji). #ramadan2025 #umrah2025 #umrahwithakt #dua #healing #blessings #positivity."

She tagged her location as Makkah Masjid-al-Haram. On her Instagram Stories, Hina posted additional pictures and videos from her visit, captioning one of the images with the words, "Thankful, grateful, blessed."

About Hina's health, work

In July 2024, the actress revealed her cancer diagnosis through an Instagram post, reassuring her fans that she was in good spirits and had commenced her treatment. The actress, known for her roles in reality shows such as Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 8 and Bigg Boss 11, was recently featured in the web series Griha Laxmi. Hina received her diagnosis shortly after completing the filming for Griha Laxmi.

Set in the fictional town of Betalgadh, the narrative follows an ordinary housewife named Laxmi (portrayed by Hina), who inadvertently discovers a cache of marijuana during a police pursuit and subsequently rises to become a drug lord. The series premiered on EPIC ON on January 16 and includes performances by Chunky Panday, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Rahul Dev, Harish, Abhishek Verma, Ankit Bhatia, and Kunj Anand. Directed by Rumaan Kidwai, the seven-episode series offers a compelling storyline.
