The series of accolades for the film Hats Off Police persists! On Sunday, the 9th, during the International Mega Film Festival 2025, which took place at the NTR Auditorium, Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University in Hyderabad, the film was honoured with two distinguished awards.

The acclaimed filmmaker and lead actor Reddem Yadakumar was awarded the Best Actor Award, while G.V. Trinadh, who served as the writer and director of the film, received the Best Film Award. Esteemed guests, including veteran filmmaker Relangi Narasimha Rao, Indian politician Venugopala Chari, prominent spiritual leader Radha Manohar Das, and actor Pushpa Mahesh, presented the awards.

After the ceremony, the guests conveyed their admiration, noting that securing two international awards was a remarkable accomplishment. They expressed hopes for the creation of more socially relevant films by the filmmakers and extended their best wishes to the film’s producers, Paidy Shankar Rao and Korukonda Leela Kumari.

In his acceptance speech for the Best Actor Award, Reddem Yadakumar conveyed his happiness and gratitude to the jury for their recognition. He also revealed that his forthcoming high-budget directorial project, Kancherla, is scheduled for release soon.

It is to be hoped that Yadakumar will continue to garner numerous accolades in his dual roles as an actor and director.
