While talking about the dispute between Jennifer Bansiwal and Asit Kumarr Modi, Gurucharan explained that he tried to set up a meeting between them. It however came to a point where the actor felt that he would be dragged into the mud in their matter, which made him step back. This is because he saw them as family. Gurucharan further revealed that Asit did not wish to resolve the issue.

Talking of how women are treated on sets, Gurucharan revealed it is a grey area. He then cited an example of wishing a receptionist good morning with a smile, while not knowing what is going on in the mind of the receptionist. The actor points out the grey area comes in terms of how women are treated and how they perceive the treatment.

“There should be an environment where if they have a problem, they can communicate and come to a solution,” the actor said while talking about how people are treated on TMKOC sets. Hinting at Asit Kumarr Modi, Gurucharan said that if somebody calls people on sets their family, then they should talk to the cast like a family member does.

“Every person relates to the project, which is the reason they are on the sets,” he shared. Thus, he feels that they need to feel like a family to be able to grow with everyone.

Recalling an incident where a whole scene got changed and he had to fight to change it back to the original scene with minimal changes, Gurucharan also stated that many actors on TMKOC are still suffering at the hands of the crew.

While talking of the incident, the actor specifically mentioned that he shares a good equation with Asit Kumarr Modi and Sohel, but could not bond with another crew member, Jatin. However, sympathizing with them all, Gurucharan wished the show all the luck.

The actor then stated he had to burn the bridge behind. This is because Asit Kumarr has wished him luck, and that the new actor Balwinder Singh is struggling as much financially.
