Why Krushna Abhishek did not go to check on uncle Govinda
Krushna Abhishek is not in the country. He confirmed to Hindustan Times that he's in Australia, and thus, he could not visit his uncle in person to check on him.

Krushna also confirmed that Govinda is fine now and will be discharged in a few days. Govinda’s actor-niece Ragini Khanna further mentioned that according to what she learned from her mother and brother who visited Govinda in the hospital, the actor is still in ICU. The doctors have treated him and the actor is resting, on his way to recovery.
Kashmera Shah visits Govinda
Krushna Abhishek's wife Kashmera Shah visited Govinda in the hospital on their behalf. She got papped while entering the venue and checking in on her uncle-in-law. However, Kashmera refrained from giving the media any statement in the matter.
About the incident and Govinda's statement
Govinda accidentally shot himself in the leg and lost a lot of blood while trying to place his licensed gun back in his cupboard. The actor was leaving for Kolkata, and around 4.45 am, the incident took place. He was instead rushed to the hospital for immediate treatment.
While sharing a health update for his fans, Govinda had confirmed that the bullet has been removed. He thanked the doctors and fans for praying for his good health. “Namaskar, Pranam. I am Govinda. With the blessings of all of you and the blessings of my parents, and by the grace of my Guru, I was shot, but the bullet has been removed. I thank the doctor here, respected Dr. Garwal, and I thank all of you for your prayers,” he said in the audio note released.
