Adhik Ravichandran's film Good Bad Ugly, featuring Ajith Kumar and Trisha Krishnan, premiered in theaters on April 10. According to Thanthi TV, the screening at Vettri Theatres in Chennai was interrupted when a disco ball nearly fell on a child, causing an injury.

Good Bad Ugly screening reportedly halted

The report indicates that the screening of Good Bad Ugly was paused for approximately 30 minutes at the Chennai venue. The theater had been adorned with disco balls and various lights for the event, and one of these decorations became dislodged, nearly striking a child.

As the child began to cry and scream, family members checked for injuries and confronted the theater management, questioning what could have happened had the ball actually fallen on the child. The police were called to the scene, and after some commotion, both parties reportedly reached an understanding, allowing the screening to continue.

Good Bad Ugly is promoted as a ‘sambavam’ (event) showcasing ‘vintage Ajith Kumar’. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film also features Trisha Krishnan, Arjun Das, Sunil, Karthikeya Dev, Priya Prakash Varrier, Prabhu, Prasanna, Tinnu Anand, and Raghu Ram. The music for the film was composed by GV Prakash. Released on April 10, Good Bad Ugly has garnered mixed reviews but has performed well at the box office, reportedly earning ₹114.70 crore globally within three days, according to Sacnilk.

The narrative follows a gangster named AK, also referred to as Red Dragon (Ajith), who turns himself in to the authorities to seek redemption for his past actions. He aspires to live a tranquil life with his wife Ramya (Trisha), who insists that he must repent before he can see their son Vihaan. However, his past soon resurfaces, compelling him to embrace his darker instincts when his son is kidnapped.
