Actors Nani and Srinidhi Shetty recently climbed the Alipiri steps in Tirupati for a darshan at the Tirumala Balaji temple. The actors, whose upcoming film HIT: The Third Case is scheduled for release on May 1, covered their faces with masks but were still recognized by fans who tried to take pictures of them.

Nani irritated with fan at Tirupati

A video showing Nani and Srinidhi navigating the Alipiri steps is spreading online. In the video, Srinidhi conceals her face with a black mask while Nani uses a handkerchief. However, a fan who recognized them continually attempted to film them instead of concentrating on the darshan.

While Srinidhi ignored it, Nani seemed irritated, signaling for the fan to stop filming and pay attention. He also appeared to scold them after the fan kept recording, pointing to the steps to stress focusing on that.

About HIT: The Third Case

Directed by Sailesh Kolanu, HIT: The Third Case centers on an impulsive police officer named Arjun Sarkaar, portrayed by Nani. In her first Telugu film, Srinidhi plays the character Mrudula, who is Arjun's love interest. The film's promotional content suggests that Arjun is given a case that necessitates him to work undercover.

HIT 3 is the third chapter in the HIT franchise, following The First Case, which debuted in 2020 and featured Vishwak Sen, and The Second Case, which released in 2022 with Adivi Sesh taking the lead role. Both films revolve around police officers investigating murder cases.

In HIT 2, Nani's Arjun made a brief appearance, establishing the narrative for HIT 3. There are also rumors about a cameo from a Tamil superstar, which would pave the way for HIT 4. The initial installment of the series was adapted into Hindi in 2022, starring Rajkummar Rao in the leading role.

Nani is concurrently filming for Srikanth Odela's The Paradise, marking their second collaboration following Dasara.
