Pushpa 2 is one of the most-awaited films in the country and will hit the screens on December 6, 2024. For the last few days, there has been news that the film has been postponed due to a rift between Allu Arjun and director Sukumar.

We at OTTplay have already revealed that the film is on track for release. Now, the close aide of Allu Arjun and famous producer Bunny Vas has spoke n in detail about the issue. Speaking at the press event of his new film Aay, Bunny Vas revealed that the news of Allu Arjun shaving his beard is true and said that as it is close to a month for the shoot to start, the star hero tried a new look, and there is no story behind it.

Bunny Vas also mentioned that Allu Arjun has only 15 days of his shoot left and it is not him but Fahadh Faasil who is causing the delay. The popular producer says that close to a month's shoot with Fahadh Faasil is still pending, and that is the reason the shoot has been delayed.

Going into details, one of the sources close to the unit says that the Malayalam star had blocked bulk dates for Pushpa 2 and delayed two of his other films for over two years. Now that these films are being made, Fahadh has no dates ready for Pushpa 2.

The surprising fact is that Fahadh has given dates for two more Telugu films, which has caused a delay in the shoot of Pushpa 2. Bunny Vas added that director Sukumar is also out of the country and will return soon. Once he is back, a new schedule will kick start from June 26, 2024, in Hyderabad.

Both Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil will not take part in the shoot and this might create a delay. But still, Bunny Vas says that the film will come on time and as promised. Watch this space for more updates on this project.
