Disney+ Hotstar has officially announced Engaged Roka Ya Dhoka via social media. The streaming service shared the promo on Instagram, confirming that the reality series will debut on February 14, 2025. If you have yet to view the promo, it is available below.
According to the promo, the ten contestants will be tasked with learning about compatibility, compromise, and communication. Themes of love, heartbreak, and drama will be integral to Engaged Roka Ya Dhoka. In their Instagram post, the creators stated, "Yeh ishq nahi asaan bas itna samajh lijiye dhoke ka khatra hai, roka karke jaana hai EngagedRokaYaDhoka streaming from Feb 14 only on DisneyPlusHotstar (sic)."

Regarding Uorfi Javed's romantic history, it is noteworthy that she was previously in a relationship with Paras Kalnawat, known for his role in Anupamaa. However, their relationship was brief. Reflecting on their past, Paras shared with Bombay Times, "I harbour no ill feelings against Urfi. I dated her for six months around five years ago. Though it was short-lived, it was my first relationship. So, I obviously went gaga over her. I was just 19 then. But it ended and I moved on. As long as people who matter to me know me, and I know myself as a person, being called possessive doesn’t affect me."
