Shilpa Shirodkar was able to meet her sister Namrata Shirodkar after a considerable wait, just days following the grand finale of Bigg Boss 18. Although this reunion coincided with Namrata's birthday, the sisters only recently shared photographs capturing their joyful gathering.

Shilpa commemorated Namrata's birthday with a post shortly after the occasion (on January 21). In the sole photograph from their outing, Namrata was seen in a checkered shirt paired with brown trousers, her hair elegantly styled, complemented by bangles and a gold watch. Shilpa stood just behind her, peeking out in a yellow salwar with her hair down. Both sisters opted for minimal makeup. In her post, Shilpa affectionately referred to Namrata as her 'chin' while wishing her a happy birthday, expressing her deep love and how much she missed her during her time in the house. "You are truly my one and only," she wrote alongside the image.

Namrata contributed further to the reunion's memories by posting two additional pictures. One of these was a selfie taken by Namrata, while the other provided a full-body view of the photograph shared by Shilpa. Namrata's sentiment was clear as she expressed, "So happy to have you back!!" accompanied by three red heart emojis.

Shilpa Shirodkar experienced profound feelings of longing for her sister, Namrata Shirodkar, during her participation in Bigg Boss 18. She disclosed to Anurag Kashyap that they had a disagreement two weeks prior to her entry into Salman Khan's show. Overcome with emotion, Shilpa expressed her desire to see Namrata at least once during the family week segment of the show. Although Namrata was unable to be present due to Shilpa's daughter competing for a place in the house, she ultimately reconciled and sent a video message to Shilpa during that period. In her message, Namrata earnestly urged the audience to vote for Shilpa, hoping to see her sister advance to the grand finale. Regrettably, Shilpa was the final contestant to be eliminated just before the grand finale of Bigg Boss 18. Consequently, Karan Veer Mehra, Vivian Dsena, Rajat Dalal, Chum Darang, Avinash Mishra, and Eisha Singh emerged as the top six finalists vying for the trophy. Ultimately, Karan Veer triumphed over the others, including Vivian, to claim the trophy and a cash prize of Rs. 50 lakhs.
