The late veteran Bollywood actor Manoj Kumar passed away on Friday morning as a result of age-related complications. His last rites took place in Juhu, Mumbai, on Saturday, April 5. Numerous images and videos emerged online showing Bollywood celebrities honoring the memory of the deceased actor. In a particularly poignant video, his wife, Shashi Goswami, was observed weeping uncontrollably.

In the video that emerged online, Manoj Kumar's wife is visibly emotional as she says her final farewell to him, wiping away her tears after paying her respects. The late actor's son, Kunal Goswami, is also depicted in the video, praying with his hands clasped and participating in the last rites. In a separate clip, Zayed Khan is shown greeting Manoj Kumar's wife with a gesture of respect, kneeling and touching her feet. He is also seen offering comfort to one of the children from the late actor's family with a heartfelt embrace.

Fans were deeply saddened after viewing the videos. One comment expressed, "Om Shanti... the years of companionship are slipping away! Undoubtedly, the loss of a lifelong partner is heartbreaking. I hope she finds the strength to endure this irreparable loss, and may he rest in eternal peace." Another commenter stated, "May the Lord grant strength to the bereaved. Om Shanti."

Manoj Kumar passed away in the early hours of April 4. His son, Kunal Goswami, confirmed the news to the news agency ANI, stating, “My father, Manoj Kumar, passed away today at 3:30 AM at Kokilaben Hospital. He had been unwell for an extended period, yet he faced every challenge with resilience and dignity. He peacefully departed, blessed by God and Sai Baba. Sia Ram."

In addition to family members, numerous Bollywood figures, including Salim Khan, Arbaaz Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan, and Prem Chopra, visited his residence in Mumbai on Saturday to pay their respects. The police were observed honoring Manoj with state tributes. The late actor received a magnificent tribute, celebrating the legacy he has left in Indian cinema.
