Emily Osment, the actress and singer who gained prominence through Disney's popular sitcom Hannah Montana, has promptly finalized her divorce from her estranged spouse, Jack Anthony.

This recent development regarding the couple's marital difficulties arises just a week after Osment initiated divorce proceedings against Anthony, whose legal name is Jack Farina. As per new documents submitted on Monday and examined by TMZ, the couple, who were married for a brief five months, is opting for a swift resolution with their amicable settlement.

The formal proceedings are progressing smoothly, largely due to a prenuptial agreement that they are said to have negotiated in advance. 

Both the actress from Young Sheldon and Jack have relinquished their rights to pursue spousal support by signing a private marriage settlement agreement. Given that they do not have any children together, their separation has been free from any complexities related to custody or child support matters.

Emily commented to TMZ regarding the initial divorce news, stating, “When faced with significant decisions in life, whether related to relationships, career, or other matters, it is essential to fully commit to that choice. In the end, it did not come to fruition.”

A judge has not yet formalized the situation; however, it has been reported that Emily Osment has annulled her marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. She indicated that their separation occurred on December 7, 2024, which is less than two months following their wedding in October 2024. During the ceremony, the Young & Hungry star's brother, Haley Joel Osment, served as a groomsman.
