Vikram Bhatt returns with a poignant love story in his upcoming film Tumko Meri Kasam, departing from his well-known horror genre. The recently released trailer, inspired by the true story of Dr. Ajay Murdia, hints at a profoundly emotional journey. This film also marks Vikram Bhatt's first collaboration with esteemed actor Anupam Kher, who takes on the crucial role of Dr. Ajay Murdia.

Reflecting on his experience working alongside Anupam Kher, Vikram Bhatt expressed admiration for Kher's extraordinary versatility and his ability to continually evolve throughout his career. “Anupam Kher has transformed himself with each film. Following Saransh, we saw Doctor Dang, which marked the beginning of his remarkable journey,” Vikram noted. He further described the experience of collaborating with Kher as seamless, likening it to driving an automatic vehicle. “Working with Kher Sahab is akin to driving an automatic car. You simply provide the input, and it operates smoothly on its own. There is little else to do. He even offers excellent suggestions. I truly enjoyed the experience,” Vikram remarked.

Tumko Meri Kasam, featuring Anupam Kher, Ishwak Singh, Adah Sharma, and Esha Deol, is scheduled to be released in theaters on March 21, 2025.
