Fans from various regions of the Delhi NCR gathered in large numbers for his concluding performance as part of the Mathematics Tour in India, and he certainly met their expectations.

The artist delighted his fans in the NCR by donning the official jersey of the Indian cricket team while on stage, demonstrating his support for the upcoming Champions Trophy 2025 in the UAE. In a video shared on Instagram, he expressed his gratitude to the audience while dressed in the T-shirt and black trousers, receiving a warm welcome filled with applause and cheers.

The concert commenced with a performance by singer-actor Lisa Mishra, who set an energetic tone for the evening. After a brief intermission, Ed Sheeran took to the stage, opening with Castle on the Hill. Following this, he engaged with the audience, sharing his desire to perform in various locations across the country, contrasting with his previous concerts that were exclusively held in Mumbai.
"The first time I toured India was in 2015, and we performed in Mumbai. The next time, we were again in Mumbai, and the time after that, we were still in Mumbai. The last time I visited, I thought, 'Why not perform elsewhere?' They asked me, 'Where do you want to go next?' I replied, 'Next time, we will perform everywhere except Mumbai. We will visit all cities in India,'" he stated.

Ed commenced his Mathematics Tour in India on January 30, starting in Pune, and has since performed in Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Shillong. Reflecting on his experiences in Delhi, Ed mentioned that he filmed videos in various locations throughout the city. "It’s incredible to witness; we visited Old Delhi yesterday... What a remarkable place! I am truly grateful for the warm welcome in your beautiful country," he expressed.

He briefly halted his rendition of Happier upon noticing that a member of the audience had fainted. He requested security to attend to the individual and stepped off the stage, only to return a minute later to continue the show.
For the concluding moments of the concert, Ed saved some of his most beloved tracks. He began with Perfect, which elicited enthusiastic cheers from the crowd, followed by Shape of You. As the iconic opening beats resonated, the audience erupted in applause, singing along to every lyric in harmony.
