On Wednesday, it was reported that a BEST bus was involved in a collision with a luxury vehicle owned by actress Aishwarya Rai; fortunately, there were no significant damages. According to FPJ, citing unnamed sources, the incident resulted in a confrontation between Aishwarya's bodyguard and the bus driver, during which the bodyguard reportedly struck the driver.

Aishwarya Rai’s bouncer slaps bus driver?

The report indicates that a minor incident occurred involving a BEST bus and a luxury vehicle near Amitabh Bachchan’s bungalow on Juhu Tara Road. According to sources, the BEST bus (number 8021, route 231) had just left the Juhu bus depot when it made contact with the luxury car (MH02-GG-5050).

Upon stopping to evaluate the situation, the bus driver was allegedly confronted by a bouncer who struck him. The driver subsequently called the police by dialing 100 to report the event. When law enforcement arrived, the supervisor of the bungalow expressed regret over the bouncer's actions, leading the driver to choose not to pursue a police report.

While neither the Bachchan family nor their representatives made an official statement, fans were worried for Aishwarya’s safety when news broke of the bus hitting her vehicle. Sources stated that there was no accident as such. A police officer from Juhu said the bus driver was honking, so her driver got out of the vehicle and asked him why he was honking.

After the 2018 film Fanney Khan, Aishwarya only starred in Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan films in 2022 and 2023. She received praise for her performance as the beautiful and ambitious Nandini in the film. In the film’s second part, it was revealed that she also played the role of Oomai Rani.
