Actor Dhanush was surrounded by fans at a recent event, which took place in London instead of India. The event planner posted a video on Instagram showing Dhanush engaging with fans, featuring a heartwarming moment he had with a young girl.

Dhanush got the invite to the 7th annual diabetes walk at Queensbury Station Parade Green in Edgware, London. He kicked off the London part of the tour that started in Toronto, Canada. After that, he hit up a private brunch where he met fans at the Sugar and Spice Lounge.

Dhanush seemed super excited in the videos shared by the event organizers, as he spotted a bunch of fans eager to meet him. Rocking a grey suit, he couldn’t help but smile while making his way into the event lounge. In one clip, he’s all grins as he leans down to greet a young fan who wants to put a garland around his neck. “It’s wonderful to see all of you…such beautiful, smiling faces. Thank you,” he expressed during the event.

A lot of fans chimed in on the videos, with some feeling bummed that they missed out. Others dropped comments like "what a moment" and "never disappoints," adding fire and heart emojis for extra flair.

Recently, some intriguing stories have made headlines.

Dhanush recently made headlines due to a spat with actress Nayanthara regarding her Netflix series, Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairytale. Nayanthara took to Instagram to share an open letter, stating that Dhanush wouldn't sign a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for them to use clips from her and her husband Vignesh Shivan’s movie, Naanum Rowdy Dhaan. Dhanush produced that film, which is where the couple first met and fell in love. Despite the disagreement, the docu-series included some behind-the-scenes footage from the film, leading Dhanush to send Nayanthara a legal notice about it.

On the work front, Dhanush was last seen in his directorial debut, Raayan, and he’s set to appear in Sekhar Kammula’s Kubera soon. He’s also involved in a project called Idly Kadai, where he’s acting, directing, and producing.
