Choreographer and social media influencer Dhanashree Verma reinstated several photographs featuring her estranged husband, cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal, on her Instagram account on Monday. This action occurred amidst their ongoing divorce proceedings, shortly after Chahal was seen enjoying the ICC Champions Trophy final in Dubai alongside RJ Mahvash.

Dhanashree Verma reinstates images with Chahal  

Last year, Dhanashree had archived all her images and videos with Chahal, which sparked speculation regarding a potential separation between the couple. Even their wedding photographs from 2020 had been removed from her profile. However, on Monday, these posts resurfaced, indicating that Dhanashree had chosen to unarchive them. The collection includes images from their dates, outings, and collaborative brand promotions, as well as weddings and other significant moments.

Numerous fans expressed their astonishment at the reappearance of these images on Dhanashree's profile in their comments. One user questioned, "Why unarchive all the pics again?" while another remarked on the public's fascination with a woman restoring old posts. Many speculated whether this act of reinstating the photographs might suggest a possible reconciliation between the two.

Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree's marriage

Yuzvendra Chahal entered matrimony with choreographer and social media influencer Dhanashree Verma in 2020. Reports suggested a separation between the couple in 2024; however, both parties refrained from commenting on the matter. Recently, Chahal's attorney, Nitin K Gupta, issued an official statement to Hindustan Times, indicating, "Mr. Chahal has reached a settlement for obtaining a Divorce by Mutual Consent with Mrs. Verma. A Petition for Divorce by Mutual Consent has been filed before the Hon’ble Family Court, Bandra. The case is currently under judicial consideration."

Dhanashree faced significant backlash and trolling on social media during and after the separation, with many attributing blame to her. On Sunday, Chahal was seen with RJ Mahvash at the ICC Champions Trophy final in Dubai, where they enjoyed the match together and celebrated India's victory. Shortly thereafter, Dhanashree shared a cryptic message on Instagram, addressing the tendency to blame "only women."
