On March 20, the Bombay High Court finalized the divorce between choreographer Dhanashree Verma and cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal. On that same day, Dhanashree unveiled a new song titled "Dekha Ji Dekha Maine," which addresses the theme of infidelity in marriage. Subsequently, when approached by the paparazzi, she skillfully avoided inquiries regarding her divorce and encouraged them to focus on her song instead.

In the course of the interaction, when questioned about the separation, Dhanashree conveyed her unease through a subtle hand gesture and a shake of her head in denial. When a paparazzo inquired, “Ma’am, do you want to say anything about yesterday?”, she declined to respond and merely stated, “Listen to the song first.”

Subsequently, when a different paparazzo remarked that her latest song mirrored her present circumstances, she showed clear signs of emotion and acknowledged with a thumbs-up. The choreographer captivated onlookers in a striking all-black cut-out outfit, complemented by understated jewelry and subtle makeup.

Dhanashree Verma's new song

The subject of Dhanashree's latest song has piqued the interest of her fans, who are eager to find parallels between the narrative of the song and her own life experiences. The music video, set against the backdrop of Rajasthan, features Dhanashree alongside Ishwak Singh, known for his role in Paatal Lok, as a married couple. In one particular scene, the husband (Ishwak Singh) strikes his wife (Dhanashree) in front of a friend, while in another, he is depicted in an intimate moment with another woman. The song is performed by Jyoti Nooran and composed by Jaani.

As speculation intensified, a lawyer friend of Dhanashree Verma took to Instagram Stories to share the video, captioning it, "Life imitating art... the best yet. So proud of you." Dhanashree subsequently re-shared this post, which only added to the ongoing speculation.

Dhanashree Verma and Yuzvendra Chahal were married in December 2020, but according to their petition, they separated in 2022. Subsequently, on February 5, they submitted a joint petition in family court to seek a divorce by mutual consent. Meanwhile, Yuzvendra Chahal has ignited dating rumors with RJ Mahvash after they were seen supporting Team India in Dubai during a Champions Trophy match.
