Dhanashree Verma, a dancer and reality show participant, has finally addressed the swirling rumors about her split from her husband, cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal. She also took a stand against the anonymous trolls who have been attacking her character online.

Dhanashree's remarks

Dhanashree took to Instagram Stories on Wednesday night to share her thoughts, saying, "These last few days have been really tough for my family and me. What’s really frustrating is the unfounded rumors and the way my character has been attacked by anonymous trolls spreading negativity."

She continued, "I've put in a lot of effort over the years to establish my name and integrity. My choice to stay quiet doesn’t mean I’m weak; it shows strength. While negativity can spread like wildfire online, it takes real courage and kindness to lift others up."

The dancer and social media star wrapped up her message with, "I’m choosing to focus on my truth and keep moving forward, staying true to my values. The truth stands strong without needing any validation," and finished with an 'Om Namah Shivaay' and a folded hands emoji.

Dhanashree and Chahal tied the knot

Dhanashree, who switched from being a dentist to a dancer and choreographer, made her mark on the reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa. She got engaged to cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal on August 8, 2020, and they tied the knot on December 22, 2020, in a private ceremony in Gurgaon.

Recently, rumors about their split started swirling when fans noticed they had unfollowed each other on Instagram. This sparked a bunch of reports suggesting they might be heading for a divorce. So far, the couple hasn't addressed these claims, aside from a few vague posts on social media. Even Dhanashree's latest comments don't directly touch on the separation or divorce rumors.
