Divya Dutta defends Rashmika Mandanna
In a discussion with India Today, Dutta, who embodies Rajmata Soyrabai Bhosale in the historical narrative, expressed admiration for Mandanna as an actress and highlighted her impressive history of successful roles. Although they did not collaborate directly, Dutta believes Mandanna is an exceptional talent. She noted that Mandanna's kohl-rimmed eyes are particularly striking. Dutta emphasized that Mandanna has delivered numerous hits, reflecting the appreciation for her work. She described Mandanna as kind and committed, asserting that, despite external opinions, she finds her to be quite charming.
The actress pointed out that opinions will inevitably vary. Some may comment on her strong presence, suggesting she deserved a more extended role, while others may hold differing views. Dutta acknowledged that both Mandanna and the rest of the cast contributed their best efforts, and it is now up to the audience to respond. Their primary focus is on the film's success as one of the year's major box office hits, which should be a source of satisfaction.
