She shared a clip from the episode on her Instagram account, expressing gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the opportunity to engage with students.

In the video, Deepika was seen conversing with various schoolchildren. She remarked, “I was quite a mischievous child. I would often jump on sofas, tables, and chairs. At times, we experience significant stress. For instance, I struggled with Mathematics and continue to do so. As Narendra Modi mentioned in his book, Exam Warriors, ‘Express never suppress.’ Therefore, it is essential to express yourself, whether to friends, family, parents, or teachers. Journaling serves as an excellent means of self-expression.”
Deepika gives mental health tips to kids
Deepika also shared insights on mental health, recounting her own experiences with depression. She engaged the students in a light-hearted activity, encouraging them to identify and write down one of their strengths. She expressed her appreciation to the Prime Minister for the chance to connect with the students and wished them success in their upcoming examinations. The full episode is set to be released on February 12.
Deepika was last featured in Rohit Shetty's cop drama Singham Again in 2024. Her 2018 film Padmaavat was re-released in theaters last week, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and co-starring Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh.
