David Beckham playfully hinted at his wife Victoria's new Netflix docuseries during MIP London on Tuesday. He joined forces with Bela Bajaria, the streaming giant's chief content officer, to give a sneak peek of what the show will be about. The 49-year-old revealed that he was the one who managed to persuade her to do the documentary.

David praised the Spice Girls alum as “one of the hardest working women I know,” sharing that the series will show a new side of her, according to Hollywood Reporter.

“It’s going to highlight the effort she puts into her business, her life, and her family. There are so many surprising aspects of this documentary, especially how she juggles everything,” he mentioned.

He also noted that getting Victoria on board was a challenge, but the series turned out to be “really special.” “It took some time to convince her to agree to it,” the former soccer player admitted, adding that “it wasn’t an easy task.” “I think I’m the only one who could persuade her, and I eventually did,” he revealed.

Talking about the 50-year-old singer's fashion line, David remarked, “Some people might think, ‘Oh, she just started a brand and it was easy,’ but she’s been working on this for a long time.”

The Inter Miami CF co-owner emphasized that the upcoming docuseries will showcase Victoria's dedication in building her fashion empire. “She’s got a really witty personality,” David added, joking, “She’s funny, but not as funny as me.”
