Six months after Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa was arrested as the second accused in the murder case of Renukaswamy from Chitradurga, the Karnataka High Court has granted bail to him and the other accused. Darshan, along with Pavitra Gowda, Anu Kumar, Lakshman M, V Vinay, Jagadeesh, Pradoosh S Rao, and Nagaraju R, appealed to the High Court after their bail request was denied in the sessions court. Following a thorough discussion from both sides, the High Court approved their bail application on December 13. We're still waiting for the details of the order.

Darshan has been granted temporary bail for six weeks due to medical reasons, as he needs surgery on his spine for some ongoing issues. This bail from the High Court comes just in time since his medical bail was about to expire, and he still hadn't undergone the surgery.

He was arrested on June 11 in connection with the death of 35-year-old Renukaswamy, who reportedly sent inappropriate messages to Darshan's partner, Pavitra. A fan of Darshan, Renukaswamy wanted Pavitra to stop causing trouble between him and his wife, Vijayalakshmi. In response, Pavitra allegedly got some people from Darshan's close circle involved to bring Renukaswamy to Bengaluru.

Renukaswamy was taken to the notorious Pattanagere shed, where he was severely tortured and later died from his injuries. It's unclear if Darshan was directly involved in the torture, but both he and Pavitra were present at the shed during the incident. Since Renukaswamy was tortured and ultimately killed at the instigation of Pavitra and Darshan, they have been named as the first and second accused in the case.

Darshan's bail news has got his fans buzzing, and #DBossisback is already trending on social media. Everyone's eager for him to make a comeback on screen soon, but the terms of his bail will play a big role in what happens next.
