Bollywood actor Chunky Panday has seen his share of highs and lows in his acting career. The actor recently opened up about the time he had no work and moved to Bangladesh for opportunities. In a recent interview, Chunky admitted that he was 'broke' at one point. Despite that, the actor did not take money from his parents. In conversation with daughter Ananya Panday on We Are Yuvaa, Chunky revealed why he never wanted her to visit his film set.

Why Chunky Panday never invited Ananya to his film set?

Chunky Panday told his daughter Ananya Panday that he never invited the actress to his film set because his career had hit rock bottom. "Why you never came on set was because when your mum (Bhavna Pandey) and I got married, I was in that low phase. I had just returned from Bangladesh and was trying to get work for myself. I never got into that thing of calling you on the set or mom on the set, and it just stayed that way," revealed Chunky.

The Bollywood actor further recalled he had only one film offer Teesra Kaun after Aankhen. Post that, work offers completely dried up for Chunky. That's the reason he went to Bangladesh and started doing films there. Pandey mentioned that he made Bangladesh his home for 4 to 5 years.

The actor added that he never stopped working. Chunky opened an events company and commenced doing events in Bangladesh. "I started dealing in land, buying properties. Imagine going house to house, trying to do things. I kept my ego inside and said that I need to survive," shared Chunky.
