Christina Ricci recently opened up about a disturbing experience she encountered during her preteen years. In a guest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the Yellowjackets actress disclosed that at the age of 11, she received a photograph of a man's genitals from an individual she described as a "pervert." The 45-year-old admitted that this was the first explicit image of its kind she had ever encountered.

During Thursday's episode of the late-night talk show, Ricci recounted an amusing memory from 1991 when she and her friends frequently called 1-800-MATTRESS. She mentioned, “We prank-called them so often that we ended up speaking regularly with a representative named Jared.”

However, the lighthearted prank took a troubling turn when “one of these foolish girls revealed her address to Jared, who then sent a picture of his genitals through the mail.” The Addams Family actress explained that she and her friends chose to keep the incident confidential and ceased their calls to the hotline.

“It was a printed photo developed at a CVS or something similar, and he remarked, ‘I want to send this to that group of 11-year-olds that keeps calling me,’” Ricci noted, adding, “We just stopped calling.”

In reaction to this outrageous tale, host Jimmy Kimmel remarked that Jared “gets an A for effort … but also a P for pervert.” He humorously stated, “Jared essentially invented the d**k pic,” to which Ricci acknowledged, “That was the first d**k pic I ever saw.”

Ricci shared this unsettling experience while discussing her 10-year-old son, Freddie, whom she shares with her ex-husband, James Heerdegen, and who is “very fascinated” by her childhood sleepover experiences.

“You would go over, hang out, and then the mom would take you to Blockbuster to choose two movies. After that, you’d stop by the grocery store for snacks, stay up all night watching films, and wrap up with ‘Saturday Night Live,’” the Wednesday star reminisced, adding, “Freddie thinks that sounds like so much fun.”
