Chris Hemsworth recently shared a collection of photos and videos on Instagram from his trip to Japan, captioning it, “Photo dump from Japan trip.”

The images showcased Hemsworth with his wife, Spanish actress and model Elsa Pataky, along with their three children—daughter India Rose and twin sons Sasha and Tristan—reveling in a winter getaway.

Several pictures depicted the Thor family skiing and enjoying precious moments together.

Hemsworth fans are ‘mad’ over son's finger image

One specific image ignited controversy among followers. The photograph featured one of Hemsworth's sons displaying his middle finger towards the camera. This gesture was deemed "inappropriate" for a child by some users.

One user commented, “I love all the pictures… except for the one where your child is giving the finger.”

Another added, “Is this really the lesson we want to teach kids about showing the middle finger?”

A third user expressed concern, stating, “Seeing picture #3 makes me sad. A child this young shouldn’t be making that gesture.”

Another remarked, “Sharing a photo of your son giving the middle finger isn’t amusing, and I’m not a Karen. I’m a mother who would never allow my son to do that. It’s simply inappropriate.”

Conversely, many dismissed the outrage as excessive, with one person commenting, “You all are so upset about the middle finger, but it’s quite funny, lmfao.”

Another user concurred, saying, “My kids also enjoy giving me the middle finger salute. It’s all about the context, and it doesn’t reflect the type of child or their behavior at all.”

Hemsworth and Pataky quietly exchanged vows during the Christmas holidays in 2010 and welcomed their children five years later, in 2015.

Pataky, recognized for her role in the Fast & Furious series, initially rose to fame in Spain through the popular TV show Al salir de clase, which aired from 1997 to 2002.
