Actor Chiranjeevi shared some lovely photos with his wife, Surekha Konidela, on their 45th wedding anniversary, posting them on Instagram and X (formerly Twitter). He also wrote a heartfelt message to show just how deep his love for her runs after all these years.

Chiranjeevi's message for Surekha

Chiranjeevi shared how he feels incredibly lucky to have found his perfect partner in Surekha. He mentioned, “She’s my rock, my support, and the driving force behind me. She always helps me explore the wonderful adventures life has to offer. Having her around is such a comfort and a huge source of inspiration.”

He also expressed his desire for more chances to show his affection, saying, “I just wanted to take a moment to share how much she truly means to me! Thank you, my soulmate - Surekha!! Here’s to many more moments where I can show my love and appreciation for you!”

The photos he shared feature him and Surekha aboard a private jet, both smiling as they snap pictures with Nagarjuna, Amala Akkineni, Namrata Shirodkar, and a few other pals. The actor mentioned they’re off to Dubai to celebrate, saying, “Kicking off our wedding anniversary in the air with some close friends on our way to Dubai!”

Surekha is the daughter of the famous Telugu comedian Allu Ramalingaiah and the sister of producer Allu Aravind. Chiranjeevi and Surekha tied the knot on February 20, 1980. They have a son, Ram Charan, who is also in the acting game, along with two daughters, Sushmita and Sreeja.

Latest projects

Chiranjeevi recently appeared in the hit movie Waltair Veerayya and the less successful Bhola Shankar. Right now, he's working on a socio-fantasy flick titled Vishwambhara, teaming up with Vassishta, who gained fame from his film Bimbisara. Plus, he's given the green light for a project directed by Srikanth Odela, which is still in the pre-production stage.
