A petition on Change.org is calling for Kanye West to have access to his four kids. This situation has arisen due to ongoing custody disputes with his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian. The Hip-Hop star has often stated that Kardashian is preventing him from seeing their children – North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5. Following their divorce in 2022, Kardashian was granted primary custody, and it seems she has restricted West's visitation rights.

Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) is currently not allowed to see or raise his kids, according to the petition. As their dad, he naturally has the right to be involved in their lives and upbringing.”

When a dad isn't around, it really limits how he can keep his kids safe. As a father, he naturally has the authority to decide what's acceptable and what's not in his kids' lives. Having that say is a form of protection.

Kanye West posts a bunch of updates about custody

Kardashian had some issues with her previous pregnancies, so she had Chicago and Psalm through a surrogate. West mentioned that he hasn't seen Saint at all this year.

In some recent posts, West shared his feelings about not being able to see his kids. He said, 'I don’t just want to 'SEE' my kids. I want to be there to raise them. I’m a good dad. I’m a fantastic father to have.'

In another post, West explained why it's important for him to be present in his kids' lives by recalling the day Kobe Bryant passed away when he and his family visited Kylie Jenner's place. He mentioned, 'I need a plan to assert my rights as a parent.' He said he had figured out many things, but this one still puzzled him. On the day Kobe died, they all went to Kylie’s house, and he noticed vintage Playboy magazines were carelessly left within reach of all the kids there, which he described as 'every half black baby.' He emphasized that people should be aware of 'who was responsible for that' and expressed his desire to change things for his kids as a father.

West mentioned in a post, "THE THING THAT MADE MY KIDS' SITUATION SO TOUGH IS THAT MOST LAWYERS ARE JEWISH." He also expressed, "I HAVE TO HIDE THE FACT THAT MY KIDS HAVE BEEN TAKEN AWAY FROM ME. AND EVERYONE JUST STANDS BY."
