About Chhaava
Chhaava is a historical drama that tells the epic tale of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. The film captures the brave journey of the Maratha king, kicking off with his coronation in 1681. Directed by Laxman Utekar, it features a talented cast including Akshaye Khanna, Rashmika Mandanna, and Divya Dutta.
Vicky really stands out in his portrayal of the Maratha ruler. In a recent chat with ANI, he shared that taking on the role of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj was his "most challenging role" to date. He mentioned, "Bringing a historical figure to life demands a lot of discipline, and that can be tough. If you're not used to being disciplined, like I wasn't, it can get pretty hard because it's not just a short-term gig; it's a commitment that lasts one-and-a-half to two years."
